Aqua Fit
For everyone who enjoys to exercise in the water. It keeps the body going and is completely gentle for your joints and muscles. The water resistance acts compensational for the weights of fitness equipment and ensures a smooth, and calm movement.
Medical Training Therapy
Unique and highly effective: You will receive a detailed instruction for the fitness equipment and can then determine your training times individually. Of course, we are always there for your questions and to give you advice.
Totally relaxed
Sharpen your senses freely and easily. Switch off, for example at QiGong or during a massage. Leave your everyday stress behind and treat yourself to a break. Summon new strength from the peace and quiet.
More energy and mobility
Vivid and active. Yoga with a view into the valley on our rooftop plateau in the fresh air. Stretching or power fitness in our light flooded gymnastic room “FreiRaum”.
