A simple message is all it takes. Just use the contact form below and let us know your name and the gift certificate number—along with a note stating that you’d like to cancel. The only important thing is that your message reaches us within the 14-day period.
What happens next?
As soon as we receive your cancellation notice, we’ll process your refund promptly—within 14 days at the latest. You’ll receive your refund via the same payment method you originally used.
Good to know
Unfortunately, a voucher that has already been redeemed or has expired cannot be canceled. If you’re unsure about your voucher, feel free to contact us—we’ll look into it personally for you.
